Hotel J4 HOTEL LEGIAN is in a great spot if you planning on going out every night, all night! If your not then I don't recommend staying here , it's extremely noisy as its right in the middle of all the clubs. There's also lots of great restaurants and street shopping.
The pool is okay but there is very limited pool beds - although it doesn't get that busy by the pool and it closes pretty early at night which is disappointing. Breakfast was average. Rooms were small but have everything you really need, nice and clean. The bathroom wasn't very private though. There's a partly frosted glass wall so you can pretty much see into the shower.
I wouldn't recommend room service at all! We ordered a few times and it took hours to come, we actually went up to the restaurant to see what was going on and it was completely dead as it was every night, half the time they didn't answer the phone to order room service either.
But overly all if your just looking for somewhere to sleep in a good location to go out at night then it's great - Stayed August 2015, traveled with friends (***tripadvisor)
