The Historical Monument in Bali

WHO does not know Bali, natural beauty and culture of the people have made this paradise island is so worldwide as a tourist paradise. But apparently a tourist attraction of Bali as a place of pleasure not only to the natural beauty alone. Bali has an interesting historical to exploring.

Bali People Struggle Monument or we call here “Monumen Perjuangan Rakyat Bali” (MPRB) or Local call BADJRA SANDHI, for example. This monument was built to commemorate the services of the fighters against the occupation. The building was inaugurated in 2003 is located in front of the Governor’s Office.

MPRB - BADJRA SANDHI also presents a diorama depicting the life of the Balinese. Start of Period Prehistoric, Ancient Period Bali, Bali Period and Period Associate Independence Struggle.

This place is where the battle between the people of Bali time of independence against the invading forces. This war was known as the "War Bellows" which means all-out war. This monument was set up to pay homage to the heroes as well as a symbol of respect for the struggle of the people of Bali.
